We’ve been down this road before…
Sprague & Co. is what happens when you recognize that there’s too many names! Sprague Skate Shack, Alison’s Embroidery, and Genuine Article have shared a roof on Nicholson Street for a while now — as of September 2026 we share a name too.
The Skate Shack started in the winter of 2021 in our Grumman, sharpening skates rink-side around Prince George, before it grew into a full shop. Alison’s has been stitching this town’s names onto its jackets and jerseys since 2000. Genuine Article came along in 2025 for the printed side of things — and that rebrand is really what made the penny drop. If we were going to change a name, better to change them all to one.
